My name is Alicia Hill and I am the founder of A Career Girl Brand Management LLC. I am a proud, mother and grandmother. I was born and raised in Memphis, TN and have had opportunities to travel the world and learn various cultures and training techniques.
Over the years, I have done great work within the communities and schools motivating individuals and aiding in enhancing their careers. All while working in corporate America to ensure brand value. What started out being a voice for those seeking to develop/enhance their careers quickly became a passion. I am also an adjunct professor at Christian Brothers University where I
teach Brand and Integrated Customer Marketing in the MBA program.
My give back to the community includes coaching and mentoring boys ages
8-18 as the Chairman of the Board for Developing Noblemen Academy (D.N.A.)
Leadership with the National Black MBA Association Memphis Chapter where I am the lead developer for The Leaders of Tomorrow program and also the VP of Marketing.
I am an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Beta Epsilon Omega Memphis Chapter. I believe in God the creator of Heaven and Earth and he is my everything. I depend on him and allow him to order my steps in his will and in his way, to live out the purpose in which he created me for.
